Show order will be reigning monarchs, followed by line members and past monarchs, as music is turned in, as time permits. In the interest of time, music will be faded once the tipping has stopped and, in those very rare instances, for those that choose to be divas and not take their money until later in their number.
The show will be followed by our bus tour to the clubs that have played host to and supported ERSICSS throughout the reign. Your hosts for the bus tour will be our candidates for Emperor and Empress XXVIII.

Please keep in mind that for the comfort of all of our coronation guests, we ask that no bare chests, bare butts or bare breastesies be displayed at any time during the evening. Also, no confetti, open flames or coronation fliers will be allowed in the ballroom on Saturday night. Please feel free to place your coronation/event fliers in our hospitality suites and at the Victory Brunch on Sunday morning.
Production numbers are strongly encouraged. We ask that you include a minimum of 5 people in your number and limit the performance time to six minutes. Awards will be presented for Best Male in Theme, Best Female in Theme and Best Court Production/Entrance in Theme.

Join us as Emperor and Empress XXVII finish up their business and then welcome Emperor and Empress XXVIII as they fill us in on their plans for the new reign. The drawing for the International Court Council 2011 raffle will also take place at brunch.

Ticket Package Special: This year ERSICSS is happy to offer an advanced purchase package price of $75.00 for all events. Tickets can be purchased in advance by contacting Grand Duke Royce Wood. ERSICSS accepts court checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Discounted ticket packages may be purchased up through the Out of Town Show on January 20th.
Hospitality
Our infamous hospitality suites will be open Friday and Saturday for your enjoyment. Dowager Emperor XXVI Falcon and Dowager Empress XXVI Sheri Anne Bouton promise all of our guests plenty of fun, food and lots of refreshing adult beverages of every kind.
Hospitality Hours:
Friday, January 20th: 1:00pm until 4:00pm, then after the bar tour until 4:00am. There will be limited hospitality for guests not attending the bus run beginning at 10:00pm.
Saturday, January 21st: 9:00am until 4:00pm, then ½ hour after coronation until 4:00am.
Host Hotel
ERSICSS is once again proud to have the Sheraton North Houston Hotel as our venue for coronation activities. Just minutes away from Houston Intercontinental Airport, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from all IAH terminals.
Room rates are $85.00 + tax for King or Double/Double.
Cut-off date for the preferred rate is January 13, 2012.
Reservations can be made by calling the hotel reservations department at 281-442-5100, calling Sheraton’s central reservations department at 800-325-3535. Please request the group rate for ERSICSS Coronation XXVIII. If you prefer, reservations can also be made through the reservations link on the ERSICSS website, www.ersicss.org.
Please remember to act responsibly for the comfort of other guests and please bring your own makeup towels.
VENDOR MARKET
Once again, ERSICSS will have a vendor market outside the main ballroom on Friday and Saturday. If you, or someone you know of, would like to be a vendor, please contact Emperor XIII Jerel McNeil for details.
TRANSPORTATION
For those guests flying into Hobby Airport, please contact our transportation coordinator, Imperial Prince Royale XXVII Chris Valk to arrange for someone to pick you up in one of our Imperial Coaches and whisk you off to the host hotel.
Protocol
Protocol will be accepted on Saturday, January 21st from 10:00am until 2:00pm. Submission of electronic protocol is strongly encouraged and can be sent in advance to protocol@ersicss.org.
ERSICSS adheres to the one walk rule with your highest ranking title. Titles bestowed by Emperor and Empress XXVII, Queen Mother of the Americas Nicole the Great and sanctioned titles from Jose’ I the Widow Norton will be allowed. All other titles will be red-lined as will affiliations with houses and societies.
There will be no greetings, no regrets or ball announcements. Personal titles (such as the Purple Passion Emperor) will be limited to reigning monarchs only. Please note, at Their Majesties request, and with my highest praise, NO dynastic names will be allowed. We ask that you use the name that you are customarily introduced with at your own court functions.
As always, ERSICSS reserves the right to edit protocol as necessary and the final decision is that of our Mistress of Protocol…the Wicked Witch with the Red Pen…and you all know how I am.
All court walks will take place at the beginning of the evening.
Coronation Ads
We hope that you will consider advertising in our Coronation XXVII program. We offer an 8 ½ x 11 program. Ad rates are $100.00 for a full page ad and $65.00 for a half-page ad. Standard ads will be in black & white. We offer full color ads for the inside front cover and the inside and outside back cover. Please contact Imperial Prince Royale Chris Valk for rates and Emperor XXI Christopher Garrett for ad specific questions.
