Below is the information from Coronation 17. We will
update as soon as the new schedule is complete, but this will give you an idea
of what to expect.
Host Hotel
Our host hotel this year is the San Antonio Marriott Northwest located at
3233 NW Loop 410, at the intersection of IH-10 and Loop 410, just minutes from
the famed San Antonio Riverwalk and beautiful downtown (1-800-228-9290 or 210-377-3900).
The Marriott NW is proud to welcome the Alamo Empire back for the second time
and features newly renovated guestrooms and facilities. The hotel features
a full service restaurant, outdoor pool and exercise facility. This hotel
is 100% non-smoking, guests will be fined for smoking in guestrooms.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony of hospitality. Please bring your own
make-up towels. Be sure to mention the "Alamo Empire" to get a special
discounted rate of only $99 per night. Or book online using the
link below. You will be directed to the home page with the code already
entered in the appropriate field. All you will need to do is enter your
arrival date to begin the reservation process.
Room reservations deadline is May 9. 2008. You
must mention the Alamo Empire to get the greatly reduced rate we have negotiated

offer! Show begins at 10:00 PM.

Out of Town Show / Bus Tour
San Antonio Marriott Northwest: Sam Houston Ballroom
Doors open at 6:00 PM, Show from 6:30 PM to 9:15 PM
Performers will be limited to Reigning Monarchs, then followed by Line of
Succession, as time permits.
Music for the Out of Town Show will be taken in hospitality until 3pm and then
at the door. Bus Tour is included in your ticket. The busses will
depart from the Hotel at 9:30 PM.

Protocol
Protocol will be accepted in hospitality on Saturday, May
31st from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Protocol may be submitted via email to
protocol@alamoempire.org until May
28, 2008. Each person will walk with only their highest title and any
titles given by The Alamo Empire
and of course, anything received from HMIM Nicole the Great. In an attempt
to keep the ball moving, we reserve the right to edit any and all protocol. And as we tell our
people, it's easier to delete than to add, so if you even THINK you might
attend, turn it in.
Hospitality
Hospitality is what we do best in San Antonio. The
Hospitality Suite is on the 11th Floor of the host hotel and features a
magnificent view of downtown. As always, there will be an open bar and a
revolving array of food.
