Our host hotel this year is the Courtyard San Antonio Sea World/Westover Hills located at 11605 State Highway 151 (1-888-236-2427). The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Westover Hills, just one mile from SeaWorld Adventure Park, adjacent to a Hill Country championship golf course, minutes away from The Shops at La Cantera, and a short drive downtown from landmarks such as the Alamo, the San Antonio Missions, and the historic Riverwalk. Please bring your own make-up towels. You must mention the Alamo Empire to get the greatly reduced rate of $99 a night by May 4, 2012 that we have negotiated and all reservations must be guaranteed. The Mr. Texas Underwear Auction

Texas is known for it's "HOT" men, and this is your night to check out the shooting stars. Come and cheer for some of the best Texas has to offer! Show begins at 10:00 PM. And as a special treat, this year will include an underwear auction. Take the underwear right off the dancer of your choice!

Performers will be limited to Reigning Monarchs, then followed by all others, as time permits. Music for the Out of Town Show will be taken in hospitality until 3pm and then at the door. Bus Tour is included in your ticket. The busses will depart from the Hotel at 9:15 PM.

We have lined up various parties starting at 3:00 PM with the Victory Show starting around 8:00. Details to follow.
Protocol will be accepted in hospitality on Saturday, May 26th from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Protocol may be submitted via email to protocol@alamoempire.org until May 23, 2012. Each person will walk with only their highest title and any titles given by The Alamo Empire and of course, anything received from HMIM Nicole the Great and/or Mama Jose. In an attempt to keep the ball moving, we reserve the right to edit any and all protocol. And as we tell our people, it's easier to delete than to add, so if you even THINK you might attend, turn it in.
Hospitality is what we do best in San Antonio. As always, there will be an open bar and a revolving array of food.
